Check out this newly-released design game from Artisan Learning! Design for All Learners contributor Diane Elkins and her team recently announced that you can now order your own copy. This simple deck of cards can be used to drive conversations about potential barriers to learning—and what you can do to remove some of those barriers.

Shuffle the piles to mix and match learners with learning products to make new combinations and conversations. As Diane says, “Accessibility is hard – but I’d rather it be hard for me than for the people we affect by our inaction.”

In this game play example, there are four cards face-up on the table beside the rest of the deck. The first two cards are “Judy who lives in a rural area” and “in-person workshop.” The second set of two cards are “Jean-Marc who’s Deaf” and “video library.”
